Payment is only required after you've completed your details and successfully booked a consultation slot, so you can book with peace of mind.

Scope of service

Includes the consultation, 3 days of basic medication, and basic delivery fee.

Consulting doctor

All network doctors are registered with the Medical Council of Hong Kong, with a uniform consultation fee. You can choose the most suitable time from all available slots; the consulting doctor will be arranged by the platform based on your selected slot. Choosing a specific doctor is not currently available.

Eligibility

Available for individuals aged 6 to 70. Patients under 16 must be accompanied by an adult during the video consultation.
Minors: The accompanying adult must present an identity document to the doctor at the start of the consultation for verification.
Patients must be physically located in Hong Kong during the video consultation and must present an identity document for verification before the consultation begins.

If you prefer to be seen sooner, you can also choose Instant Consultation: we will try to connect you with an available doctor within 5 minutes. If none is free at the moment, the system will automatically schedule you for your originally selected time slot.

Non-delivery zones: restricted zones, border controls, remote island villages, and vehicle-inaccessible areas	Unavailable (self-pickup required)	Addresses inaccessible by standard couriers, gated/restricted access, or requiring ferry transfers.

2. Non-delivery zones (restricted & inaccessible areas)

Delivery service is currently unavailable for the following locations:

Restricted & border zones: Frontier Closed Area, Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Man Kam To, Sha Tau Kok (restricted area), Sha Ling, Ta Kwu Ling, Mai Po.
Outlying islands & special areas: Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Lantau Island (Ngong Ping, Pui O, Tai O, Tong Fuk, Mui Wo, Tung Chung Road, Tai Long Wan Village), Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Hong Kong Disneyland, AsiaWorld-Expo, HK International Airport / Artificial Island, Siu Ho Wan, and all other outlying islands.
Remote / rural New Territories: Bride's Pool, Wang Choi Wai, Nim Wan, Upper/Lower Pak Nai, Nam Sang Wai, Lung Kwu Tan, Lady MacLehose Holiday Village, Wong Shek Pier, High Island Reservoir, Po Toi O, Tai Au Mun, Yung Shue O, Tai Mong Tsai, Pak Tam Chung Gate, Kam Shan, Tseng Tau, Ma On Shan Village, Shek Wu Shan, Shek Tsai Wu, Luk Keng, Wu Kau Tang, Sheung Shui Wa Shan.
Inaccessible properties: Any village house, villa, or private property where courier vehicles cannot directly access or park safely.

3. Delivery terms & operational notes

Final address verification: All medicine deliveries are subject to final confirmation by the medical team and JD Express based on the exact address provided and current traffic/site accessibility.
Service change & contact: If your delivery address falls outside our courier partner's operational scope or is deemed inaccessible, our staff will contact you by phone before dispatch to arrange an alternative delivery address or convert your order to self-pickup at our facility.
Building delivery principle: Couriers will deliver to the ground floor or building lobby if direct parking or elevator access is unavailable.
